If payment is deducted but the purchased feature is not activated, email pulse@taworld.co.in with the registered email address, payment reference, amount, and screenshots so the team can review the transaction.
Verified duplicate charges or payment processing errors will be reviewed individually. Any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timeline.
For billing support, contact pulse@taworld.co.in before initiating a dispute so the Pulse team can investigate the issue.
