Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to payments made for Pulse memberships, credits, and premium platform features.

Digital platform purchases

Pulse memberships, credits, and premium placements are digital services. Once activated, consumed, or scheduled, they are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Payment issues

If payment is deducted but the purchased feature is not activated, email pulse@taworld.co.in with the registered email address, payment reference, amount, and screenshots so the team can review the transaction.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Verified duplicate charges or payment processing errors will be reviewed individually. Any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timeline.
